What is eGPHub and who is it for?

eGPHub is an online learning platform for General Practice staff across the UK. It provides training for all Primary Care Staff.

What do the course assessments involve?

Course assessments check your understanding of the learning material through quizzes or scenario-based questions. Complete the required learning and pass the assessment to receive your course completion certificate.

How quickly can I start learning?

Once you have completed registration and can sign in to your account, you can browse the course library and begin your chosen training. Courses are delivered online, allowing you to study at your own pace around work commitments.

Can both organisations and individual clinicians use eGPHub?

Yes. Individual staff members can register for their own learning, and practices can use eGPHub to support training across their clinical and non-clinical teams. Each learner needs a separate account so that their learning records and certificates are recorded in their own name.

What is included in Statutory & Mandatory training?

The course library includes subjects such as fire safety, infection prevention and control, safeguarding adults and children, data protection, basic life support, equality and diversity, and workplace health and safety. Staff should complete the courses and levels appropriate to their role and their employer’s requirements.

What happens if I do not pass an assessment?

Review the course material and follow the assessment instructions for another attempt. Your certificate becomes available once you have met the course’s completion and pass requirements.
