The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the eGPHub platform located at egphub.com (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms are intended for users in the United Kingdom and are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
1. About eGPHub
1.1 Our identity
1.1(a) eGPHub is the trading name of E GP HUB LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 16896487). Our registered office is at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. We operate the Platform at www.egphub.com and may also trade under the name eGPHub.
1.2 Our service
1.2(a) eGPHub provides an online learning management system offering core training courses for General Practice teams across United Kingdom. Our Platform is designed to support said training.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
2.1 By accessing or using any part of the Platform, registering for an account, downloading materials or participating in a course, you agree to these Terms and to any policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and organisations who use the Platform.
2.2 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and “you” shall include both you individually and the organisation.
3. Eligibility and Intended Audience
3.1 The Platform is intended solely for use by individuals aged 18 years or older who are part of primary care teams practising in the United Kingdom. Eligible users include general practitioners (GPs), nurses, healthcare assistants, administrative staff and other health professionals working in primary care settings.
3.2 The Platform is not intended for use by patients or members of the public seeking medical advice.
4. Nature of the Training
4.1 All content provided on the Platform, including courses, videos and downloadable materials (collectively “Content”), is offered for educational and informational
purposes only. The Content does not constitute medical advice and is not a substitute for professional judgement or employer-led training.
4.2 Completion of any course, module or assessment on the Platform does not guarantee compliance with statutory or regulatory requirements nor confer any professional qualification or certification.
4.3 You remain responsible for your professional decisions and for ensuring that you follow current national and local policies, NHS guidance and employer requirements in your clinical practice.
5. No Medical Advice
5.1 The Platform does not provide medical, clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic advice. Nothing on the Platform should be interpreted as medical advice or used to diagnose, treat or manage any patient or condition.
5.2 You agree that any reliance on Content is at your own risk. You will not hold eGPHub liable for any harm, loss or damage arising from clinical decisions or patient care, as set out further below (see Section 12).
6. Account Registration and Security
6.1 To access certain features of the Platform you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to update that information as necessary.
6.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
6.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in misconduct.
6. Account Registration and Security
6.1 To access certain features of the Platform you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to update that information as necessary.
6.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
6.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in misconduct.
6.4 Account Usage and Sharing
6.4(a) Individual accounts: User accounts are for individual use only. Each user must register with their own email address and credentials. You must not share your login credentials with others or allow multiple individuals to access the Platform using the same account.
6.4(b) Organisational accounts: Employers, GP practices, and other organisations may purchase access for multiple staff members. In such cases, each individual staff member must register for their own account. The organisation will designate an administrative contact who is responsible for managing access, billing, and compliance with these Terms. Organisational licences specify the number of users authorised to access the Platform, and this limit must not be exceeded.
6.5 Prohibited Conduct
When using the Platform, you must not:
(a) Share, transfer, or sell your account or login credentials to any third party;
(b) Use another user’s account without their permission;
(c) Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Platform or its servers;
(d) Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other users’ accounts, or related systems;
(e) Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
(f) Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our staff;
(g) Circumvent any technological measures designed to protect the Platform or Content.
6.6 Enforcement
If we determine that you have violated these Terms, including by sharing accounts or engaging in prohibited conduct, we may, in our sole discretion: (a) issue a warning; (b) temporarily suspend your account; (c) permanently terminate your access to the Platform; (d) withhold any certificates or CPD records; or (e) take any other action we deem appropriate. We are not required to provide advance notice or a refund in cases of termination for breach of these Terms.
7. Payments, Pricing and Refunds
7.1 Where paid courses or services are offered, fees and payment terms will be clearly displayed at the point of purchase. Fees must be paid in full by the method specified.
7.2 Refund policies will be set out at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees for digital courses are non‑refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law or where the Platform fails to deliver the course (see Section 11).
7.2A Consumer Cancellation Rights (Individual Purchases)
7.2A(a) If you are a consumer purchasing courses for personal use (not on behalf of an organisation), you have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by email to info@egphub.com.
7.2A(b) Important notice regarding digital content: When you purchase a digital course, you will be asked at checkout to confirm that you agree to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that by beginning to download, stream, or otherwise access the course, you will lose your right to cancel under the 14-day cancellation period. If you provide this express consent and begin accessing the course, you will not be entitled to a refund, except as set out in 7.2A(c) below.
7.2A(c) Faulty or misdescribed content: If the digital content you have purchased is faulty, not as described, or does not match the information provided at the point of sale, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us at info@egphub.com within a reasonable time of discovering the issue, providing details of the fault or misdescription.
7.3 Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We currently use Stripe as our payment processing provider. We do not control and are not responsible for the operation, availability, security, or performance of Stripe. We are not liable for any delays, interruptions, charge failures, errors, or losses caused by Stripe or any other third-party payment provider.
8. Certificates
8.1 Upon successful completion of a course or module, you may receive a certificate of completion indicating the number of CPD hours. Such certificates reflect only the completion of the course on our Platform.
8.2 eGPHub provides educational training designed to support learning and professional development. eGPHub is not a statutory regulator and does not award formal professional qualifications, unless expressly stated. Recognition of course completion, including the use of certificates, depends on the requirements of individual employers, professional bodies, and regulators. Users remain responsible for determining whether a course meets their specific professional or appraisal requirements.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All Content, trademarks, logos and other materials on the Platform (collectively “Materials”) are owned by or licensed to eGPHub and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
9.2 You may view and download Materials for your personal, non‑commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, sell, publish or create derivative works from the Materials without our prior written permission.
9.3 You agree not to use any data mining, scraping, robots or similar data gathering or extraction tools on the Platform or to use any Materials for the development or training of artificial intelligence models without our express written consent.
10. Third‑Party Content and Links
10.1 The Platform may include links to third-party websites or resources that may be helpful or relevant to the subject matter of a course. These links are provided for information only and do not imply endorsement by eGPHub.
10.2 Third-party websites and content are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. eGPHub does not control external content and encourages users to review any applicable terms when accessing third-party resources.
11. Service Availability and Changes
11.1 We take reasonable steps to ensure that the Platform is available, secure, and operates reliably. The Platform is hosted using third-party cloud infrastructure providers. From time to time, access to the Platform may be temporarily limited or unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, but we aim to minimise disruption wherever reasonably possible. We may update, modify, suspend, or withdraw parts of the Platform where necessary for operational, security, or legal reasons.
11.2 eGPHub may update, improve or refresh courses, content or platform features from time to time to reflect changes in guidance, user feedback, or service development. Some courses or features may be introduced, revised, or retired as part of the ongoing development of the Platform. Where relevant, eGPHub may also introduce paid courses or optional services in the future, which will be clearly identified.
11.3 Where paid courses are offered, availability, access periods, and any applicable refund arrangements will be clearly explained at the point of purchase. Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law, fees paid for courses are non-refundable.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, eGPHub and its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure or the cost of substitute products or services, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or from the use of or inability to use the Platform or Content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or any other legal theory, and whether or not eGPHub has been informed of the possibility of such damage.
12.2 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12.3 You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure that any training completed on the Platform is appropriate for your professional needs and to seek independent advice where necessary.
13. Indemnity
13.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless eGPHub, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, agents, partners and employees from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
14. Termination
14.1 We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any provision of these Terms or if we believe that your use of the Platform may cause harm to us, other users or the public.
14.2 Upon termination: (a) your right to access and use the Platform will cease immediately; (b) any fees paid are non‑refundable unless otherwise specified; and (c) Sections 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16 and 17 will survive termination.
15. Privacy and Data Protection
15.1 Our collection and use of personal data in connection with the Platform is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully.
15.2 We comply with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. For more information about how we collect, use and protect your personal data, please refer to the Privacy Policy. Users have rights under the UK GDPR, including the right to access, rectify and erase personal data.
16. Changes to these Terms
16.1 We may update or amend these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will post the updated Terms on the Platform with the “Effective Date” above. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16.2 If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
16.3 Where material changes are made to these Terms that affect your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable notice to registered users by email to the email address associated with your account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. Material changes include, but are not limited to, changes to pricing, refund policies, data processing practices, or limitations of liability.
16.4 We may temporarily suspend, modify, or discontinue all or part of the Platform, courses, or features for maintenance, updates, security improvements, or operational reasons. We will endeavour to provide advance notice where reasonably practicable, but we are not liable for any suspension or modification of the Platform.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
17.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
17.2 The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform.

If you have a complaint about the Platform, our courses, or our service, please contact us at info@egphub.com with the following information:
(a) Your name and contact details;
(b) Details of your complaint, including relevant dates and course names;
(c) What outcome you are seeking.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to provide a full response within 28 days. If your complaint relates to the quality or accuracy of clinical content, we will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, consult with relevant clinical experts. If you remain dissatisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint by writing to our registered office address marked for the attention of the Director.
